Payment Policy All funds are to be paid in US Dollars, unless by prior agreement. We accept personal checks drawn on a US account as well as international wire transfers. (Charges will be added to cover the cost of converting to US$). Cost of wire transfers, will be assumed by the participant. A deposit of 25% of the total value of the tour is required to secure the
booking. Full payment is required 90 days before the starting date of the tour. Payments are to be deposited in our bank account. Please check bank details with Andean Birding prior to sending payment and double check with us before sending any currency other than US$ (such as £ and €). Cancellation Policy Please note that, due to the considerable amount of planning and work involved in our tours prior to the arrival of each party, our cancellation policy
is as follows: - For a cancellation made more than 90 days prior to the first day of the tour: 100% of all funds having been paid are refundable, minus US$150 as a handling fee and any bank charges incurred in refunding the money.
- Cancellation between 90 and 30 days of the starting date of the tour: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 30 days from the starting date of the tour: 0% refund.
